I know I also list Fedholm Internet Services as well. I have never used their services but they offer hosting for $2.99/month.
Now with advertising, I have used Advertising365before. Some companies online promise you very high payouts such as $5CPM and then when you go to request your paycheck, there is no response on the other end. You will not have any problems with any of the 5 companies listed on this site.
Finally, dealing with generating free website traffic, I really like Traffic Trapper. What this does is it creates RSS Doorway Pages that automatically update themselves every 15 minutes so search engines always see constantly changing content which means that these doorway pages get high SE rankings. They guarantee that your doorway pages will have a top 10 listing within 60 days of creating them. Now, you are probably wondering what doorway pages have to do with free website traffic. Once someone clicks on one of your doorway pages, they will automatically be redirected to your website. You can create as many doorway pages as your server can handle. So the potential to get massive website traffic is there when you use Traffic Trapper.
Traffic Bandits is a membership site that has all the hottest traffic generating software and scripts available (some of which are not available to the general public). They teach you how to market and get free traffic from high volume sites. All the sites they target have a combined 350,000,000 unique website visitors per month.
